Smile For Life Enhanced Preventative Membership £33.76 per month
All of the above is included, but for those members requiring a deeper level of hygiene therapy, up to four visits to the hygienist per year will be available.

How do I register?
You just need to complete a simple agreement form to become a member. This will require your signature and bank account details. We will then set up a monthly Direct Debit payment.
