Referring Dentists
We accept referrals from dentists for patients requiring treatment under dental sedation.
To refer a patient to us simply complete our online form below and submit this to us.
Following treatment, we will always return the patient to the referring dentist. We will always provide the patient with a written treatment plan, a copy of which will be sent to the referring dentist.

Closed for lunch between 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm each day
