Nick originally hails from South Wales and qualified from Sheffield University in 2005. He moved to Cornwall nearly 20 years ago and he has lived and worked here ever since.

He is a highly motivated general dentist who enjoys all aspects of restorative dentistry. Including aesthetic anterior cases, full reconstruction cases and everyday composite work.

Nick especially enjoys larger cases, such as wear and broken down mouths, which call on the skills he learnt from his Diploma in Restorative Dentistry and The Dawson Academy. In particular, The Dawson Academy with its emphasis on detailed examinations, history taking, and occlusion developed his advanced treatment planning skills.

Nick has always loved computers, gadgets and technology. Going forward he is keen to fully embrace digital dentistry from 3D CBCT, Cad-Cam, Digital Impressions using intra-oral 3D scanners, CEREC and maybe one day even 3D Printing restorations.

I joined the practice in November 2021 to take on the role of practice manager following many years as both a dental nurse and a receptionist. I have enjoyed becoming part of the practice team and meeting my new set of patients.

I really enjoy my role as a Dental Nurse as it feels like being part of one big, happy family. I take pride in my work, especially when working with younger patients and helping to build their confidence.
