From Sarah on reception who greets you with a smile and the offer of a cuppa. Sally the hygienist who will not only clean your teeth but offer advice on how to keep your mouth healthy. Then Phil the dentist and the dental nurses who will put you at ease and explain what treatment you will need and offer any options you may have I would recommend this dental practice to anyone who is looking for a dentist you will be really looked after. " As we start the New Year I just wanted to email to say a really big thank you for the excellent service you continually provide. In particular my recent treatment on Tuesday evening was an excellent example of the warm welcome you get from Sarah and the excellent treatment and reassurance you get from Phil and the dental nursing staff. The thing that I always find extremely unique and kind is that Phil goes out of his way to ensure that you understand the cost of the treatment and is always aware of the current economic strain on everyone’s purse strings and where possible tries to assist by reducing costs where he can. It’s that kind of service that keeps patients coming back and makes a big difference. Having had quite horrific treatment when I was younger under an NHS dentist I was afraid to go for over 17 years and it was when I became a patient at your practice under the excellent care of Phil that my fears evaporated and I now wouldn’t go anywhere else. " I recently had to have an extensive course of dental treatment following a fall.The care i was given from the receptionist dental nurse and of course MR DAVIES him self was second to none , I felt safe and at ease the whole time ,my fear of the dentist ,which was immense has now gone down to nile because of these lovely people who work as a team ,,MR DAVIES himself speaks soft but with confidence letting you know he knows what he is doing and has given it a lot of thought for the best approach before he starts . his caring is 100% plus ..he is always making sure that you are ok , and at ease with the task in hand ,, ( or mouth ) ....would i go else where ,,,,,,,NO .... .. not even for free
I found this clinic spotlessly clean ,,, I could see great care was always taken so infection did not occur . the atmosphere was professional but personal , letting you know that at this moment you were the most important person in the surgery .your needs was their priority I even got a phone call from MR DAVIES to find out if I was ok the day after ,,,,I have had quite a few surgical procedures done at the practice I was never hurt , I never had pain , or infections following surgery ,,I can only give this practice and the dental surgeon MR PHIL DAVIES my thanks , for 100% care and attention each time I attend his dental clinic" "
